The elegant GranCabrio was unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show, with production beginning in 2010, It was built in the Viale Ciro Menotti Maserati factory with the European sales were to begin in February 2010.
The GranCabrio is a convertible version of the GranTurismo S Automatic, equipped with a canvas folding roof, it retains the four seat configuration of the GranTurismo coupe and is thus Maserati’s first ever four-seater convertible.
The GranCabrio is powered by a Ferrari built 4.7 litre V8 engine producing 444 bhp connected to a six speed ZF automatic gearbox.
With its gorgeous styling and Ferrari-built engine, the 2010 Maserati is hard to fault.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The F136 Modena derived engine develops one of the most glorious noises in production with a character that shifts depending upon requirements. With Sport mode engaged you hear and feel the full force of the wet sumped V8 although without the car reverts to type – refined and reserved.
Maserati’s intention was to deliver a well-balanced and comfortable driving experience however with the engine pushed back behind the front axle, giving a 47 front / 53 rear weight distribution, the car also feels resolved and predictable when pushing on.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The 20 inch offer a fantastic contrast to the white bodywork with the famous Trident symbol centre stage. Still on its original Pirelli P Zero tyres from new all round which show with plenty of life left with even tread wear.
Braking is consistent and progressive, the Brembo six-piston calipers hauling the car down from speed confidently and with a minimum of fuss.
This superb, nearly new RHD example was supplied by Maserati Malaysia in April 2010 where it’s lived all of it’s life, before being imported earlier this year to the UK.
On arrival it was sent to the Maserati main dealer Carrs Exeter who carried out a full service and gave it a full check over.
The book back features all literature from new alongside the spare key. The car is MOT’d, has had all taxes paid and is in the process of UK registration.
